A very interesting instrument of superb and colorful tone quality. Back
slab cut rather ordinary Maple and ribs somewhat flamed. The top is
superior European Alpine Spruce of tight grain and irregularities. The
instrument has a catalog number iinside and a stamped number on the
ribs next to the endpin. 1740
